will learn more about chimpanzees and still go to the south of Uganda to find a Home
to the Mountain Gorillas in Bwindi Forest National park.

Your experience starts off with a pick up from the airport and transfer to the hotel
where you check in and relax off for the night in preparation for the next day.

You will have breakfast and then set off for Murchison Falls National Park. On your
way, you will have a stopover at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary which is a home for the rare
black and white rhinos. With the help of an armed ranger, you will track down the
rhinos, getting to see them in their natural habitat. After this impressive experience,
you will have lunch and then continue your journey to the park, because the next
natural spectacle is already waiting for you. At the Murchison Falls, the Victoria Nile
forces itself with enormous force through a gap that is only seven meters wide and
falls about 40 meters into the depths. Finally, you cross the Nile over a bridge and if
you're a little lucky, you may also spot a few animals that come to the river to drink.
On arrival, you will be transferred to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

After breakfast, you will head out for the morning game drive through the park. The
park is divided by the Nile, and although the area south of the river is much larger,
most animals live in the hilly savanna landscape of the smaller northern part. Good
for you, because in the morning you get into the off-road vehicle for around three
hours to look for elephants, buffaloes, and lions. There is also a particularly large
population of Rothschild giraffes and the native Uganda Kob antelope in the national
park. You will head back to the lodge for lunch and then later proceed for the
afternoon boat cruise experience. What you haven't seen from the safari vehicle you'll
probably see when you cruise the Nile for about three hours: Hippos and Nile
crocodiles. And no matter where you are, on land or water, you will always be
accompanied by the sound of around 450 species of birds. Above all, the shoebill
feels particularly comfortable near water. You will then move back to the lodge for
dinner and relaxation.

After an early breakfast, you leave Murchison Falls National Park and drive south
along the Great Rift Valley. The route takes you past Lake Albert, the second-largest
lake in Uganda. When visibility is good, you can see as far as the Blue Mountains on
the other bank, which is already in the Democratic Republic of Congo. The further
south you go, the cooler and wetter the climate becomes. While on the way, you will
have a stopover for lunch and then continue with your journey. On arrival, you will be
transferred to the lodge for dinner and relaxation.

After your breakfast, you will head on with your packed lunch for your guided forest
trek in search of chimpanzees. Although chimp sightings are not guaranteed, the odds
are good that you'll encounter them today in the lush green forest. Perhaps you'll also
see other types of primates, including the red-tailed monkey. The hike will last
approximately 2-3 hours while your expert guide shares the secrets of the forest's flora
and fauna. Later on in the afternoon, you will visit the Bigodi community, where you
will delve into the rich tapestry of traditions, customs, and daily life of the people of
Bigodi. Our driver guide will later transfer you back to the lodge for dinner and
relaxation.

You will have breakfast and then get transferred to Queen Elizabeth National Park.
You drive past volcanic crater lakes to Queen Elizabeth National Park. On arrival,
you will be transferred to the lodge for lunch. After settling in at your hillside lodge
overlooking the vast savannah plains of the park, take a late afternoon game drive,
followed by dinner at the lodge.

Today's agenda is to explore Queen Elizabeth National Park. After your breakfast,
you go on an extensive game drive to look for elephants, buffalo, and various species
of antelope. Be vigilant, because where antelopes live, lions, leopards, and hyenas are
not far away. You will then be transferred back to the lodge where you will be served
lunch and then proceed to the docking area for your Kazinga Channel boat cruise
experience. While on your afternoon boat cruise, you will see various animals both in
water and on land for example hippos, elephants, crocodiles, various bird species, and
many more. You will then be transferred back to the lodge for dinner and relaxation

You will have breakfast and then get transferred to Bwindi Forest National Park. You
drive through a beautiful part of the country that is also known as the “Switzerland of
Africa''. The landscape changes from savannah to swamp to rainforest, always with
the backdrop of the Virunga Mountains in the background. The path leads past
villages and small towns until you finally take a break in one of these places. In the
late afternoon, you will reach your accommodation in Bwindi Impenetrable National
Park. Can you hear the gorillas yet? Relax a bit in your accommodation and get some
rest before you head out in search of our furry relatives tomorrow.

Accommodation: Rushaga Gorilla Lodge
This is a unique opportunity to see the gorillas in the wild - just a few meters away
from you. After breakfast, you will be transferred to the briefing area where you will
be allocated a gorilla family, and with your packed lunch, your group will be guided
through the rough terrain of the rainforest in search of one of the park's gorilla
families. The trek will last up to 5 hours or less depending on the location of the
animals. When a gorilla family is found, you'll be allowed an hour in their company to
watch them eat, preen, and play. You will then trek back to the briefing area where
you will be awarded certificates of participation. you will then head out for the Batwa
cultural visit, the Batwa are famous for their traditional way of living, they will
perform various cultural practices for example traditional dance, making fire and so
much more. You will later be transferred back to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Accommodation: Rushaga Gorilla Lodge
After your breakfast, you will be transferred to Lake Bunyonyi. Along the way, shall
also see intensively farmed mountains and deep valleys create an interesting pattern in
the otherwise lush green landscapes. You be transferred by boat crossing over to the
other side of the shores of the beautiful Lake Bunyonyi. While on the boat cruise, you
will have the opportunity to have a clear view of the beautiful surroundings of Lake
Bunyonyi and the history of this great lake. You will then be transferred to the lodge
for dinner and overnight.

After your breakfast, you will be transferred to Lake Mburo National Park. Along the
way, you will have a stopover for lunch and then proceed with your journey. You
shall also see intensively farmed mountains and deep valleys create an interesting
pattern in the otherwise lush green landscapes. It's amazing how people work the
steep mountain slopes and grow Irish potatoes, cabbage, onions, and tea. On arrival,
you will be transferred to the lodge for relaxation and dinner.

After your breakfast, with the company of an armed ranger, you will have a horse ride
safari through the park, enjoying the calm and beautiful nature views of the park,
spotting several animals such as antelopes, buffaloes, giraffes, several bird species
and much more. You then ride back to the lodge for lunch and relaxation around the
lodge.

You will have breakfast and then transfer to Jinja. On arrival, you will be transferred
to the hotel for lunch and relaxation and then later head out for white water rafting on
the source of the Nile. After the rafting, you head back to the lodge for dinner and
overnight.

You will have breakfast and then transfer to Kampla. Famous for being the capital
city of Uganda, Kampala city is one of the places to visit while on your safari in
Uganda. While on the city tour, you will visit historical sites such as Uganda meseum,
Ndere Cultural Center and many others, you will have a chance to also visit major
malls and local markets. You will have lunch at one of the restaurants and then head
back to the hotel for dinner and relaxation.

Your safari has come to an end, you will have breakfast and then check out of the
hotel and get transferred to Entebbe Airport for your transfer flight back home.
